1. Wash and dry the treatment area prior to use. 2. Select desired power source: 3 AA batteries OR USB power source (batteries and power source not included), and ensure the device has power by pressing On/Off button on the back of the device. 3. Place the device directly on the skin over the desired treatment area for 3 minutes. Do not move or wave the device across the treatment area. 4. The device will auto shut-off after completion of 3-minute treatment. 5. If treating multiple areas, move the device to the next area and repeat steps 3 and 4. 6. To turn off the device at any time prior to auto shut-off, press and hold the On/Off button. 7. Use the device daily for best results. Do not exceed 3 treatments per day, per treatment area.
Device not turning on: Are batteries fully depleted? Are batteries aligned correctly? Is USB power cord pushed firmly into the handle? Is USB power source turned on? Is On/Off button turned on?
Device shuts off abruptly prior to 3-minute treatment: Device is designed to shut off automatically after 3 minutes.
Some lights appear not to be on: The Infrared (IR) light spectrum is not visible to the human eye. These lights will look as if they are not on but are operating properly. If red lights are on, the device is operating as designed.
